Our bodies were made to crave. Whatever we feed it, it will want more. But eating well isn’t a diet. It’s a lifestyle. I firmly believe a diet sets you up to fail from the start. Eating well is about making small changes and small choices every day as you slowly change how you think and feel about food. This shifts the why, what, and how you eat, which alters the things you crave, and changes the way you live.
